Refund policy

At Belova Lash Store, we take pride in providing professional-quality lash products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all eyelash extensions, adhesives, tweezers, and beauty supplies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@belovalashstore.ca. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
